- Facility zoning - dividing into areas with different access levels (inbound, picking, dispatch, high-value goods zone). Every transition logged by AC - eliminating 'warehouse tourism'.
- Segregation of Duties - procedures preventing a single person from completing a full transaction cycle (e.g. the person receiving goods cannot approve stock levels in the WMS).
- Identity and rotation management - anti-passback, biometric airlocks, rotation on the highest-risk sections.
Monitoring, detection and analytics
- CCTV-WMS correlation - every system transaction generates a timestamp on video footage; a discrepancy between an operation and the image is flagged as an anomaly.
- AI behavioural anomaly detection - algorithms detect unusual behaviour in real time (blind spots, concealing items, unattended open dock doors).
- Transport integrity verification - trailer sealing, licence plate and container OCR, rigorous dock procedures.

- Cycle Counting - daily random-sample counting of selected locations; detecting a shortage within 24-48h narrows the suspect pool and allows video review before footage is overwritten.
- Collusion detection and disruption - random WMS task and team assignment (no fixed pairs), independent spot checks.

- Investigative audit and Root Cause Analysis - retrospective data analysis (permissions, logins, call logs, video); identifying the perpetrator and the process gap.

How does CCTV-WMS correlation work?
Every WMS operation (inbound, outbound, inventory correction) generates a timestamp that we overlay on camera footage. A discrepancy between a system event and the image - e.g. no operator at the terminal at the time of a transaction - is automatically flagged as an anomaly for review.
Do you conduct investigation services when misconduct is detected?
