We design the layout for the specific rotation profile (ABC/XYZ), volume and growth plans - minimising movements and picking cost. We account for both current needs and forecast growth, so the warehouse doesn't need redesigning in a few years.
How much automation does my warehouse need?
As much as volume and ROI justify - no more, no less. Oversized automation is dead capital; undersized automation is a bottleneck. We select the automation level objectively, with no supplier ties.
Do you select racking and automation independently?
Yes, 100% independently. We have no supplier commissions or partnership agreements. We run tenders and compare offers solely on the basis of fit to your needs and genuine return on investment.
